Research-Oriented Learning Experiences (ROLE) Program

The Research-Oriented Learning Experiences (ROLE) program focuses on Latinx College Students pursuing Engineering college degrees

Funded by The National Science Foundation (NSF) through the Boardening Participation Engineering program 2022-2024

The ROLE program supports minority engineering sophomore, junior, and senior-level students in developing research skills needed in technical fields; interpersonal skills needed to be successful employees; and academic and professional skills that are transferable in their decisions to enter graduate studies or the professional world.

The ROLE program has four main components:
